With a focus on local, fresh ingredients, hand-selected 'Musical Pairings', performed in tandem with the fast-paced atmosphere of New York City to set the tempo, Piano Cuisine explores the creative and emotional process of food and art, the 'Emotional Memory' in senses, sight, taste, sound and smell - and how they intersect and blend in the psyche of music and cuisine.
